The average temperature in Pumaqangtang Township is seven degrees centigrade below zero with the altitude reaching 5,373 meters. Wangzhab was born in 1991, as a member of the Communist Party of China, he gave up the chance to work in city after graduation and chose to work in the health center in Pumaqangtang Township where he was responsible for the health of nearly 1,100 people.
