Yang Qinghong (R) helps a young man with disability conduct speech training in Yiyuan County of Zibo, east China's Shandong Province, May 16, 2019. Yang Qinghong, a 49-year-old caretaker with disability in Yiyuan County of Zibo, has been dedicated to taking care of the elderly and disabled people. With the help of local government, Yang started rehabilitation and day care centers for elderly people.
