6.3-magnitude quake hits 245 km W of Abepura, Indonesia -- USGS

NEW YORK, June 19 (Xinhua) -- A 6.3-magnitude earthquake jolted 245 km west of Abepura, Indonesia at 1724 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 12.13 km, was initially determined to be at 2.2522 degrees south latitude and 138.4044 degrees east longitude.
