The surgical department Feng is working for performs nearly 800 surgeries annually, of which AIDS patients account for almost two thirds. Surgical requirements are stricter than ordinary hospitals. In addition to numerous surgical barriers, surgeons are highly strained to avoid any intraoperative injuries. "I had made decision to give up, but eventually I insisted on.
